THE REBUILD PATHWAY
A structured journey into the truest version of you.
Seven phases. Twelve weeks. The deepest work most people will ever do, for themselves, for their purpose, and for the life they're becoming.
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
Carl Jung
WHY THIS WORK EXISTS
Most people try to change their lives while leaving the identity creating it untouched.
They focus on the relationship. The breakup. The job. The exhaustion. The pattern that keeps repeating.
The pattern is the symptom. The identity generating it, quietly, automatically, often unconsciously, for years or decades, is where the work belongs. The version of yourself that learned to adapt, perform, compromise, or disappear in order to be loved, accepted, or safe.
That identity responds to being rebuilt, slowly, structurally, and from the inside out.
That's what the REBUILD Pathway is for.
HOW PEOPLE ARRIVE
Four doorways. One room.
People arrive at this Pathway through a pain they can name: heartbreak, burnout, a role that ended, a body that changed. That pain is the doorway. The room on the other side is the same one every time: the rebuild of who you are.
The body threads through every doorway. Strength after heartbreak, a health base against burnout, vitality through change.
THE THREE MOVEMENTS OF TRANSFORMATION
Reset. Rebuild. Rise.
Reset
Before you rebuild who you are, you first see who you've been. Reset interrupts the patterns running on autopilot and brings the unconscious into the light: your survival self, your inherited beliefs, the version of you that adapted to feel safe and accepted. This is where awareness becomes possible. Sight comes first.
Rebuild
Once you can see clearly, the reconstruction begins. Habits, body, inner dialogue, standards. The architecture of a new identity, built piece by piece through practice and embodied behavioural change. This is the longest phase, and the one that does the deepest work.
Rise
Identity becomes embodied. The new self becomes simply who you are. You lead your relationships, your decisions, and your future from the version of you that's been waiting underneath. This is where freedom lives.
THE TWELVE-WEEK PATHWAY
Seven phases. Twelve weeks. One identity rebuilt.
Every phase is delivered with paired client and facilitator materials. Every week has a foundation teaching, daily journal prompts, a breakthrough question, and an embodiment challenge that turns insight into lived evidence. The work is structured, and deeply personal.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1 to 2
Reset the Nervous System and Mindset
Before anything rebuilds, the system settles. The first two weeks slow the pace enough to see what's been running underneath: the patterns, the triggers, the survival strategies that got you here and are ready to be replaced by something that takes you forward. The 1-1-1 Reset is introduced here. Awareness is the foundation everything else is built on.
Rooted in Rogers' person-centred approach and Jung's principle of making the unconscious conscious.
Phase 2 · Weeks 3 to 4
Establish Empowered Habits
Awareness finds its power in action. Phase 2 introduces the practices that prove to the self that change is possible: small kept promises, daily rituals, the architecture of self-trust. Confidence is built through consistent action, one day at a time.
Habit formation, Jungian ego development, and the practical neuroscience of self-trust.
Phase 3 · Weeks 5 to 6
Build Body and Emotional Resilience
The body holds every story it's ever lived. Phase 3 brings the work into the physical: movement, nutrition, sleep, breath, and somatic awareness. Physical rebuilding and emotional resilience rise together. This phase makes the work tangible, something you feel in your body as well as understand in your mind.
Body-mind integration, somatic awareness, and movement as identity practice.
Phase 4 · Weeks 7 to 8
Upgrade Identity and Inner Dialogue
The deepest psychological work of the Pathway. The stories you tell yourself about love, worth, and what you deserve, most of them written before you were twelve, are made visible and named. Jung called these complexes. Bringing them into consciousness is what releases their unconscious power. The work of anima and animus, of shadow and projection, begins here.
Jungian individuation, archetypes, inner child integration, masculine and feminine dynamics.
Phase 5 · Weeks 9 to 10
Increase Standards and Self-Leadership
Standards are the structural expression of self-worth. Phase 5 raises what you accept, from yourself, from your relationships, from your life. Held as the architecture of the person you've become. This is where identity begins to lead.
Self-leadership, relational dynamics, and the practical philosophy of conscious standards.
Phase 6 · Week 11
Lead Your Life and Relationships
Leading your life and your relationships from the rebuilt identity. Self-directed life design. Vision, purpose, and the question: what are you here to build? Whether you're inside a relationship, stepping into a new one, or building a life entirely on your own terms, this is where the personal becomes purposeful.
Lead from identity. In your relationships, your work, and your life.
Phase 7 · Week 12
Design Your Future
The final integration. The new identity is embodied. You choose from self-respect, you stay with yourself in connection, and you recognise immediately when something asks you to dim your light. This is the start of how you'll now live.
Embodied integration, lived identity, and the discipline of choosing yourself.
THE LINEAGE
Built on the deepest sources of human understanding.
The REBUILD Pathway draws from the most rigorous traditions in psychology and human transformation. The references below are integrated, taught, and lived inside the work.
Depth Psychology
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
— Carl Jung
Phases 4 to 6 work with shadow, archetype, anima and animus, and the individuation process.
Person-Centred Psychology
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers
Every session is built on unconditional positive regard. Acceptance is where change begins.
Ancient Wisdom
“Know thyself.”
— Inscribed at the Temple of Delphi
Self-knowledge is the foundation. Phases 1 to 3 are devoted to seeing clearly before changing anything.
Embodied Practice
“The body keeps the score.”
— Bessel van der Kolk
Phase 3 integrates somatic and physical work. The body holds the path forward as well as the past.
The Pathway is the form. The work is yours to walk.
There are two ways in. The full twelve-week 1:1 experience. And the live masterclass, the doorway, the place to begin, to feel the work, and to decide.
